Our Role: Advisory Support for Grand Central Madison Terminal Opening
Highlights:
Created an operational readiness and commissioning plan for new terminal infrastructure.
Supported compliance with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) standards.
Led tabletop exercises, live drills, and after-action reporting to ensure readiness for passenger service.
Key Outcome: Streamlined the launch of a major transit extension by helping stakeholders address safety, security, and operational verification prior to opening day.

Our Role: Configuration Management & Program Support

Coordinated a team of 60+ professionals tasked with design development, engineering oversight, and program controls.
Facilitated the Capital Program Executive Committee to streamline governance documentation and mitigate risk across the program.
